The theory of evolution states that all life has slowly evolved from â€Å"lower† animals to become what it is today, adapting to new stimuli, and passing on superior and beneficial genes as inferior or negative genes die out. For example: the neck of a giraffe at first glance seems ungainly and impractical. However, upon observation, we see that giraffes in their natural habitat use their neck to reach the highest leaves on the trees, and their tough tongues to tear them off. Evolution proposes that at one time, there was an ancestral ungulate - hoofed mammal - that fed off of the leaves on a tree. For its survival, the tree adapted and began to grow leaves higher up on its trunk, to avoid over consum ption from the mammal. Trees that failed to follow suit would die from over consumption, failing to pass on their traits, leaving only the trees that grew their leaves higher up. The ungulates in turn would starve because they couldn’t reach the leaves. But a mutation would develop, causing a few ungulates to have somewhat longer necks. Naturally, they would survive – being able to reach their food – and the shorter-necked mammals would die. Why I Chose to Go Back to College Free Essays

Why did I wait so long to go back to school has been my thought since I started classes on –online? It has been such an enriching experience, since starting classes, and I really regret starting as late as I did, but I am very excited that I did. By making the choice to go back to school as an adult it has not only enriched my life but my children lives as well. By the time I reached the age of 18 I derailed from the plans that I had set out for myself and decided that getting my GED would be the best decision for my life at the time. School is very expensive, I said. Paying back student loans for the rest of my life and not actually achieving the degree also made me apprehensive about starting before I was ready. My sixteen yr. ld Son will be searching for a collage within the next year, and I want him to take it into consideration very carefully as I did, so I try not to push him into any direction so that he can make a decision that he will be able to receive a degree that he feels is the best for him. So what I am trying to say is, the knowledge that is needed to grow a business from nothing to everything is never ending, there are so many things to learn and it is well worth the time to just as well as learn anything that is beneficial not only to business but to your personal life as well. Deciding to go back to school in my thirties really was the best move for me because there is now the option to go to school on line, I can make better decisions as far as my career goes and I can continue to raise my three children and go to class at my own convenience. Operation of the Migration Act

Whereas the requirement for Cambridge English: Advanced CAE is 154 as the average brand score along with minimum 147 in each band. Though all the applicants for 457 visas are required to meet the requirement of English language Testing, however there exists few exemptions that are required to be mentioned. On the part of the applicant, if the individual holds a passport from Ireland, USA, Canada, UK or New Zealand or if the applicant has the educational background for 5 years at tertiary or secondary in English medium or if the applicant pays over the English Language Skills Exemption Threshold (ELSET) that is $96,400, exemptions are applicable. According to Migration Act 1958 [amended 2013] Subsection 457 there are certain requirements that are required to be fulfilled on the part of the employer in order to apply for a worker to come to Australia which includes approval as a sponsor on the part of the employer, operation of an Australian business which functions within Australia or an overseas business in order to engage overseas employees with the intention for setting up a company within Australia [4]. It also requires on the part of the employers to demonstrate commitment in terms of employing regional labor and accept non-discriminatory employment functionalities. Under this legislation it is crucial to not have any adverse records associated with the business or any individual associated with the business. Migration Act 1958 [amended 2013] Subsection 457 also requires on the part of the employers to demonstrate commitment in meeting requirements of Australia in terms of providing training to Australian workers.
